Some of you will be aware that Four Oaks FC, was recently awarded the prestigious award 'Grounds Team of the Year' by Staffordshire FA, in recognition of the club's commitment to improving playing surfaces for our young players.

Whilst we were of course honoured to receive this award, it did also highlight that our non-playing facilities, for players, officials and spectators are either non-existent or in a poor state of repair.

It's not all bad news and we're making progress to address the lack of facilities; for example, within the next 2-3 weeks we'll be able to offer you both hot & cold food and drinks on matchday, from our newly refurbished snack bar.

Stage 2 is the full refurbishment of the existing changing room & toilet block, to include separate Female & Male toilets, a shower room, and referees changing room. With the third and final stage, the addition of a new changing block for home & away teams.

Luckily, our status as a registered charity and the corresponding Gift Aid contributions received, allows us to fund the majority of the project from our own resources. But to get the project over the 'finishing line' we do need to raise an additional £5,000. Hence this appeal.
